Refund Policy
We try to be as thorough as possible in describing our products so that you can make an informed decision. If you find, upon receiving the materials, that they do not meet your family’s needs, you may return the items purchased from us. We will refund your purchase price (minus the shipping and restocking fee) under these conditions:
Items must be returned in new condition (completely undamaged with no signs of shelf wear, scratches, marks, tears, highlighting, bent pages, etc.). Items received in unsalable condition do not qualify for a refund. Please package the items with ample protective material to avoid damage in return transit.
There will be a 10% restocking fee if the items are received in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. If the items are returned within 30-60 days, you will receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
Digital products do not qualify for a refund.
